100 % French Handmade Design and crafting in our workshops of Thiers and Peschadoires. High-ends materials, Alenox steel blade 18 cr (Z 90-0.9 carbon/MO 1.1 /V 0.1 /Chromium 18% /Hardness 60), Liner lock system. The handle is made with an exceptional black alder wood from Auvergne. A burl is is a tree growth in which the grain has grown in a deformed manner.
